Regular service and maintenance of air conditioning and heating systems will ensure optimal performance levels are achieved, and gives you peace of mind that serious issues are being prevented, to ultimately minimise downtime and save money.

We have a dedicated team of service engineers that can regularly service, maintain and repair any commercial heating or air conditioning unit in Scotland, whether we’ve installed it or not.

Having a planned preventative maintenance contract in place with Aircon Scotland will also entitle you to an extended warranty on your systems.

Although the standard warranty period on a unit is 3 years, as a result of our premium partnership with suppliers we are able to offer customers up to 10 years warranty.

Booking a planned preventative maintenance visit is the best way to look after your air conditioning units. This visit can be tailored to your specific business requirements and the size of your premises, but typically includes the following services:

Reactive repairs

Whether you’re an existing Aircon Scotland customer or not, our engineers can be called out to conduct repairs to any commercial heating or air conditioning system. Due to the level of experience of our team, we will be able to quickly and confidently identify the problem and provide a solution.

If you have a service and maintenance contract with us, an engineer will be sent to assess the situation within the 48 hours of your call.

At the end of each visit, our engineer will explain what work has been done and our findings, and you’ll get access to the full report that showcases how your system is performing.

You’ll also benefit from our Clik app, which enables information to be shared as seamlessly as possible. This online hub makes it simple for you and our engineers to access documentation, track your maintenance visits, and check the status of work being conducted.
