The Challenges

Working as one of many contractors on the project, it was essential that the team delivered the required tasks on time, working around other contractors.

Learning from previous projects working with multiple teams, Aircon Scotland’s engineers were able to use their experience and have enough forsite to plan ahead, amending their schedule when other contractors reported unplanned delays.
