The Project

4 North was was a speculative office redevelopment in St Andrew Square Edinburgh. It was part of the wider St Andrew Square regeneration and took a dated, unloved building and made it a modern, vibrant work-space.

During the redevelopment, Aircon Scotland supplied and installed new Daikin VRV IV heat recovery air conditioning systems throughout the building including each office suite and also core areas ie, reception and toilets. In total, Aircon Scotland installed 9 systems as well as a DX system for the Air Handling unit on the roof of the building.
