College is a modern sports and cocktail bar housed in a stunning historical granite building in the heart of Aberdeen city centre.
Having been one of Aberdeen’s most popular bars for over 25 years, the venue underwent a £300,000 renovation.
As part of its transformation, the venue upgraded its ventilation systems in an attempt to increase flow rate, improve the indoor air quality and enhance the overall customer experience.
The College refurbishment was scheduled for completion ahead of the 2018 World Cup. As a sports bar, it was vital that the deadline was met and there was no delay to the launch.
Working as one of many contractors on the project, it was essential that the team delivered the required tasks on time, working around other contractors.
